Customer Solutions Architect, Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

Perform customer requirement gathering and solution design (High and Low Level) for projects that require the implementation of Nokia Products from Service Assurance and Orchestration domain. Support Cloud and Infra dimensioning and perform deployment verification and validation. Respond to questions, concerns and open points from a customer solution view, and provide clarification and troubleshooting. Identify new requirements from customers, through project implementation or ad-hoc customer interactions. Support the implementation of Nokia Orchestration solutions (FlowOne, UIV and NORC), being a senior advisor, giving valuable inputs to improve customer business solutions, guiding project team on Software Best Practices and delivery methodologies. Create Epics, review user stories, define and review acceptance criteria. Support project managers in reviewing project schedule, issues, risks, and action plans.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience (of which, 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience). Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following:

Orchestration and service fulfillment, including project implementation, customer operation and solution deployment;

Virtualization stack, including Kubernetes or hypervisor; Requirement gathering and solution design in HLD and LLD documentation. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with the following:

Application and Storage containerization. Domestic travel up to 25% required.

International travel up to 10% required.

Telecommunicating from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%
