with deep expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
and exposure to other
Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM solutions . The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of business processes and hands-on technical skills in
MS SQL Server ,
.NET , and
Microsoft technologies
for UI and integration development.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead implementation, customization, and support of
Microsoft Dynamics GP
and other Dynamics modules as needed. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports using
SQL Server ,
.NET , and
Microsoft UI technologies . Support modules such as Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM. Work with tools like
Modifier ,
Dexterity ,
Integration Manager ,
eConnect , and
Smart List Builder . Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure optimal system usage. Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in
Microsoft Dynamics GP
(Great Plains).
Working knowledge of other
Microsoft Dynamics products
(e.g., Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365). Strong SQL Server skills - queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization. Proficiency in
.NET Framework ,
C# ,
VB.NET , and
ASP.NET . Experience with
Microsoft technologies
like Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead small teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365.
Experience with cloud-based Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
