Act as both a
Business Analyst
and
Salesforce Admin , gathering business requirements and configuring Salesforce to meet evolving needs. Manage and administer
Sales Cloud
and
Service Cloud
including user setup, security, roles, permissions, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Oversee
Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
for campaign setup, email automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing programs. Analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions to improve efficiency and customer engagement. Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training to drive adoption. Ensure data integrity, manage data imports/exports, and maintain synchronization between Sales Cloud and Pardot. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations and system enhancements. Stay current with Salesforce and Pardot releases, recommending new features and improvements.
