Tax, special needs planning and elder law experience is also a plus. Drafting, reviewing, and implementing wills, trusts, estates, and other estate planning documents. Providing comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding estate planning, probate, trust administration. Representing clients in probate and trust litigation matters. Navigating complex legal and financial situations, offering sound advice and solutions. Collaborating with tax professionals, financial planners, and other attorneys to develop and implement effective estate plans. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering them peace of mind and confidence in their estate planning decisions. In-depth knowledge of estate planning and administration.
