Digital Marketing Specialist

where you can

work in a hybrid-remote

position based at our facility in Maryville, TN.

The mission of the role is to support and execute our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on digital market who is well versed in B2B strategy, execution, and analytics.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will own the day-to-day execution of our digital initiatives, optimize performance across platforms, and contribute to sales and marketing collaboration to drive qualified leads for measurable results.

What you’ll do

Digital Strategy Execution:

Support and execute Promat US’s digital marketing strategy across web, email, search, and social channels

Website Management:

Maintain and update the Promat US website using Optimizely (Optimizely experience required)

Ensure site consistency to create user journeys that improve site performance and conversion rates

Email Marketing & Automation:

Build, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated workflows using HubSpot (HubSpot experience required)

Monitor email performance and continuously improve engagement and conversion metrics

Identify and segment audiences for targeted email marketing

Paid Media Management:

Support and manage paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and display advertising

Collaborate with international Promat branches to share campaign calendars and ad planning

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance across channels

Analyze data to support ongoing improvement through testing, measurement, and refinement

CRM & Lead Management

Follow lead qualification process to manage and support lead flow and data integrity in Salesforce

Work closely with sales to ensure effective lead handoff & tracking

What you’ll bring

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing in the industrial, construction, or building materials markets (required)

Hands-on experience using Optimizely (required) for website management

Hands-on experience using HubSpot (required) for email marketing and marketing automation

Strong experience with SEO, lead generation, and paid media campaign management

Proficiency with Google Analytics and digital performance reporting

Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ShowPad

Familiarity with long sales cycles and complex buyer journeys

Experience marketing in highly technical industries

Experience using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
