Director of Strategy/ Market Planning, Government Digital Identity

.* Owning the vision for the existing digital identity solution segment and product offering.* Operationalizing the Transformational Market Planer’s vision into clear market, capture, and development plans.* Demonstrate clear ability to simplify complex research and conclusions into executive-level overviews and sales appropriate content.* Preferred experience in the U.S. public sector; particularly federal, state, local civilian programs.* Have 10+ years experience with Digital Identity and/or IDV solutions (data, technology, platforms).* Have 10+ years experience in the Digital Identity and/or IDV ecosystem: customers, partners, competitors, consultants, contracting, regulation, laws, etc.* Have understanding of emerging technologies supporting government transformational initiatives.* Have proven record of success in building professional relationships.* Have expert knowledge of business growth techniques.* Have sharp negotiation and networking skills.* Have clear verbal and written communication skills.* Have clear mastery of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.* Have detailed knowledge of Go-to-Market processes and relevant experience taking solutions from ideation to turn-key ready offerings.* Have enthusiasm for conducting research, synthesizing findings into actionable intelligence plans.* Have enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.* MPA or MBA preferred.* Up to 25% travel may be required to attend industry events or for internal collaborative meetings* US Citizenship is required for this particular position.**We know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
