Vehicle Exchange Specialist
to join our industry-leading Kia dealership.
As part of our
Vehicle Exchange Department , you'll play a key role in enhancing customer experience while helping our clients discover exciting upgrade opportunities. This is more than a sales job — it’s a chance to be a trusted advisor and help people get into a newer, safer, and better-equipped vehicle.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with every service customer in our dealership with confidence and professionalism
Initiate personalized conversations about upgrading their current vehicle
Educate clients on current offers, incentives, and vehicle options that meet their needs
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey
Maintain detailed follow-ups and build strong relationships that lead to long-term satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
A confident communicator with an outgoing personality and genuine interest in helping people
A self-starter who isn’t afraid to start conversations and ask the right questions
Organized, professional, and reliable with a high sense of integrity
Previous customer-facing experience is a plus — sales or service experience preferred
A team player eager to grow and succeed in a performance-driven environment
