Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Deep knowledge of SAP SD module, pricing, billing, and integration with FICO/MM/WM
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SD both in implementation and AMS projects
• Good understanding of OTC business processes like inquiry, quotation, sales order, delivery, PGI, invoicing
• Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing business processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effectively interact with Onsite & Offshore team members and customer stakeholders
Roles & Responsibilities • Effectively interact with Onsite & Offshore team members and customer stakeholders • Ensure compliance to SLAs • Regular track and monitor incidents, service requests. • Work with the team in Automation • Problem Management
Generic Managerial Skills, If any • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Effectively interact with Onsite & Offshore team members and customer stakeholders • Should be able to lead a Team of SD consultants for AMS support
Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
