Position Overview
We are looking for skilled digital strategists to support a large-scale Defense program that enhances community quality-of-life for active military service members, their families, and survivors around the globe. This role involves diverse digital services and engagement initiatives, requiring professionals experienced in data analytics and UI/UX design. Collaborating closely with other departments, our team will develop, maintain, and ensure technical editing and high-quality content for all public-facing materials, multimedia, illustrations, and graphics. Note: This position is contingent on contract award.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth UX research and user testing to uncover target audience needs, behaviors, and challenges.
Utilize empathy-driven insights to craft digital experiences that resonate with users and deliver impactful stories.
Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to maximize the performance of customer websites and applications.
Engage in strategic planning, strategy development, keyword research, performance metric analysis, and effective collaboration to ensure SEO aligns with customer goals.
Analyze data-driven insights related to search engine visibility, user behavior, conversion rates, and technical SEO health.
Provide analytical and user-centric reporting on user experience, engagement, and website performance to identify target audience preferences.
Offer specific insights and strategic recommendations to boost user engagement and adapt to evolving digital landscapes, enhancing website performance and user interaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in supporting digital campaigns for large organizations.
Familiarity with human-centered design, user feedback analysis, and behavioral data interpretation.
Preferred Qualifications
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Relevant training or certifications in web analytics or UI/UX best practices.
A professional background or personal connection to the military or Veteran community.
