Summary: We are seeking Liferay Lead (Senior Developer) candidate with expertise in Liferay 7.4. The ideal candidate should be available for immediate joining and possess a strong background in developing and leading projects using Liferay technology. This role is crucial in advancing our software development projects and delivering high-quality solutions.
Role/Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Liferay-based solutions. Also, Develop and maintain scalable software applications using Liferay Java JavaScript CSS HTML and J2EE to meet business requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on existing Liferay applications to ensure optimal performance. • Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards for Liferay. • Stay updated with Liferay updates and features to leverage new capabilities for project enhancement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and system performance. • Analyze and resolve technical issues ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices. • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Ensure software solutions are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements particularly in the HealthCare domain specially Employer and Broker . • Optimize application performance and scalability through effective coding practices and architecture design. • Document software designs processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency. • Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines ensuring alignment with business objectives.
