Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Must have experience in Aerospace Defense Landscape and regulatory framework.
• Functional Knowledge on Airline Industry application and Airworthiness quality checks.
• Knowledge on FMD reporting is a regulatory requirement per FAA Aviation rules .
• Functional Consultant with hands-on experience enabling end-to-end traceability across product lifecycle data.
• Proven ability to translate engineering and business requirements into robust digital solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, IT).
• Focused on improving data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance, supporting SQDC priorities with measurable delivery and quality improvements.
• Experience to write queries for database testing ( Oracle, Postgres).
• Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban).
Roles & Responsibilities • Functional Consultant in GE Aerospaces Digital Thread Engineering space with hands-on experience to translate the requirements into robust digital solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements. • Execute test cases and analyze results. • Agile Test Management using Robot Framework (Python), Tosca, Rally /JIRA • Performance Monitoring and Optimization using AI tools like GitHub Copilot, JMeter or equivalent tools • Identify, document, and track software requirements, defects etc. • Continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness processes. • Mentor and provide guidance to team members. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any • Communication: Effectively communicating with operations leadership, payroll, HR, and end-users. • Analytical Skills: Analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for process improvement. • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Working effectively within teams and leading project initiatives. • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues related to timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management. • Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Project Management Skills: Planning, executing, and managing Kronos implementations and upgrades
Base Salary Range : $90,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
