This position requires a deep understanding of legal principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex legal issues. Collaborating with legal teams to prepare comprehensive appeal briefs and other necessary legal documents. * Monitoring changes in legislation and case law that might affect the appeal process, and updating clients and team members accordingly. * Delivering professional, clear, and concise communication to clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner. * Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
