Define and execute the MarTech product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing technology and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions Manage product lifecycle from ideation to deployment ensuring timely delivery and quality standards Analyze market trends customer insights and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product enhancement Oversee integration of marketing platforms such as CRM analytics automation tools and personalization engines Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards within the insurance sector Monitor product performance generate reports and recommend improvements based on KPIs and ROI analysis
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in product management within MarTech or digital marketing solutions Strong understanding of insurance domain processes and customer engagement strategies Expertise in marketing technology platforms including CRM campaign management and analytics tools Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks
