Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, and address changes.\nCross-Selling Products: Assist members in opening new accounts (checking, savings, certificates, IRAs) and recommend products and services that meet their financial needs. Develop an understanding of all consumer lending products and proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell beneficial products and services.\nLoan Processing & Member Support: Help members complete loan applications, collect necessary documentation, and provide updates on loan status. Originate and close NCU's Smart Start, Cash Reserve Lines of Credit, and Personal Unsecured consumer loans. Ensure members understand their loan terms and next steps.\nProblem-Solving & Advocacy: Address member inquiries and concerns with empathy, ensuring each interaction aligns with our core values.
