Overview Blue Yonder is seeking a highly experienced Principal Solution Advisor to join our Supply Chain Advisory team. In this elevated role, you will provide enterprise‑level architectural leadership, guiding customers through transformational supply chain strategies that integrate Blue Yonder's solutions across their broader technology ecosystems. You will shape long‑term solution roadmaps, influence executive decision‑making, and ensure architectural integrity across large, complex, and multi‑solution engagements. This role is critical in driving customer value realization by delivering future‑proof, scalable, and differentiated supply chain architectures that support customers' strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the strategic technical advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping long‑term transformation roadmaps and solution investment strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including executives, decision‑makers, and technical teams

Lead enterprise‑level discovery and architecture assessments, translating business objectives into scalable, integrated supply chain architectures

Define solution blueprints and reference architectures that guide design authority, enforce standards, and ensure cross‑solution alignment across all project phases

Oversee architectural governance, ensuring implementation decisions adhere to best practices in scalability, extensibility, performance, and security

Guide customers through complex process re‑engineering, influencing organizational design, workflow optimization, and enterprise change management

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver integrated, customer‑focused solutions

Deliver highly tailored cross‑portfolio demos linking advanced capabilities to business outcomes, financial KPIs, and transformation goals

Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies; translate insights into recommendations for customers and internal teams

Act as the escalation point for solution and architectural issues across the customer lifecycle, influencing resolution strategies and ensuring customer success

Identify, develop, and accelerate strategic upsell opportunities by aligning long‑term roadmaps with customer maturity and industry trends

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred

10+ years of experience in supply chain solution architecture, advisory, consulting, or enterprise systems integration

Proven experience designing and leading large‑scale, global supply chain transformations

Deep expertise across multiple domains: forecasting, demand/supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics, warehouse and transportation operations, order orchestration, or network design

Strong communication and executive facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex architectures for business and technical audiences

Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise strategy, shape roadmaps, and develop long‑term customer value

Experience working with Blue Yonder solutions strongly preferred, with cross‑portfolio knowledge considered a significant advantage

Ability to deliver Blue Yonder demo using business stories, business impact, and differentiation; can support tag changes and data uploads to support customer demos

Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, highly complex environments managing competing priorities and executive stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
