Our team is looking for a sharp Analyst who will support the Strategy and Data Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into the finance space. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Assist with strategic planning Utilize data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance profitability Perform competitor benchmarking to identify future revenue growth and operational efficiency opportunities Assist with preparing high-quality analytics, financial analysis, and modeling Produce insightful and actionable recommendations for the Executive leadership team Build business intelligence dashboards and key performance indicators, to monitor progress on strategic goals Conduct return on investment and cost-benefit analyses, to assist in prioritizing development project budgets Assist with continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency Contribute to several concurrent projects and work effectively as part of a team or individually Keep abreast of industry trends, news, and events Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned Experience And Skills

Bachelors degree from an accredited university required, preferably in Business or Economics with an emphasis in accounting or finance preferred Financial Services experience and interest in financial markets and investing Demonstrates strong analytical and financial skills Proven self-starter that can work with urgency in a dynamic environment Intellectually curious and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Experience with Business Intelligence dashboards and data visualizations is a plus What We Offer

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 to $90,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
