You Are We are seeking a transformative industry leader to spearhead our engagement with the world's leading Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and Travel companies. This executive role is focused on driving the adoption of Google Cloud's Data, AI, and agentic technologies to help our customers fundamentally reinvent their business models. The ideal candidate will have deep industry credibility, a passion for technology, and a clear vision for the future of consumer industries.

The Work You will be responsible for helping these consumer-centric brands enhance customer experiences, optimize supply chains, and unlock new avenues for growth in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Industry Leadership: You will define and execute the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Google Cloud within the Retail, CPG, and Travel sectors. This includes identifying key market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to position Google Cloud as the premier partner for digital transformation. You will act as the senior voice of the customer, translating industry-specific challenges and opportunities into actionable strategies for our product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Business Transformation and Solution Development: In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives at our most strategic accounts, guiding them on their transformation journey. You will lead the ideation and development of innovative, industry-specific solutions that leverage the full power of Google Cloud's Data, AI, and agentic capabilities. This includes creating solutions for demand forecasting, hyper-personalization at scale, supply chain optimization, dynamic pricing, and reimagined loyalty programs.

Data, AI, and Agentic Innovation: You will be at the forefront of applying cutting‑edge technology to solve core industry problems. This involves championing the use of advanced analytics and machine learning to unify disparate data sources (e.g., POS, e‑commerce, loyalty, supply chain) for a 360‑degree customer view. Furthermore, you will drive the adoption of generative AI and intelligent agents to create next‑generation conversational commerce experiences, automate customer service, and empower store associates and travel agents with real‑time insights.

Ecosystem and Partner Engagement: Your success will depend on building a vibrant ecosystem around Google Cloud for consumer industries. You will identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key ISVs, system integrators, and data providers that are critical to our customers. This involves driving deep technical and business alignment to ensure our joint customers have access to seamless, end‑to‑end solutions.

Thought Leadership and Market Presence: As a key face of Google Cloud to the industry, you will be responsible for building our brand and credibility. This includes speaking at major industry events, publishing white papers and articles, and engaging with industry analysts and media. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline, drive lighthouse customer wins, and establish Google Cloud as the undisputed leader for Data, AI, and agentic transformation in the Retail, CPG, and Travel sectors. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science (or a related field) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the Retail, CPG, or Travel industries, or as a consultant serving those industries.

Minimum of 7 years of experience and deep understanding of the core business processes, challenges, and technology landscapes of these consumer-focused sectors.

Minimum of 7 years of experience and proven track record of leading large-scale business transformation initiatives driven by technology.

Bonus points if you have

Master's degree or MBA.

Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and a strong understanding of its data, analytics, and AI/ML services.

Demonstrated success in deploying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions to drive measurable business outcomes (e.g., increased sales, improved customer loyalty, enhanced operational efficiency).

An extensive network of executive-level contacts across the Retail, CPG, and Travel industries.

Exceptional executive presence, with outstanding communication and presentation skills, and the ability to act as an influential industry evangelist.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
