The
Sales Training Specialist
is responsible for delivering sales training programs to associates on Group insurance products including dental, vision, and hearing, special products, and new products as they are developed. It also includes providing instruction on systems use on a variety of platforms used for sales.

Position Location * This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.
What you do
Deliver all aspects of assigned sales training and development, including but not limited to facilitating classroom and/or e-learning presentations.
Manage training projects including the functions, reporting progress, and following the project through to completion.
Communicate with management to recommend training enhancements.
Update current training material.
Other duties as assigned.
What you bring
Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience required.
0-2 years related experience required. Previous Training or Teaching experience is preferred.
Previous insurance experience is a plus.
Ability to conduct in-person trainings 3-5 times per year required.

The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled.
The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details).
This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
