Experience That Makes You a Fit
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate
Preparing and editing correspondence and other legal documents from written and oral drafts and forms for accuracy, drafting standard correspondence, and emailing communications
Opening new client matters; maintaining and organizing electronic files, materials, and databases related to group and client matters
Prepare, organize, and update transaction checklists, including tracking contingencies, deadlines, and deliverables
Draft and format closing documents, signature page packets, escrow instructions, title/survey letters, and closing binders
Order or coordinate required due‑diligence items such as: Water Certifications, Zoning Reports, Surveys and Bulk Sales Releases.
Utilizing docketing software to accurately record and manage critical dates.
Establishing and maintaining calendars, utilizing the Outlook calendar system for reserving conference rooms and scheduling
Processing invoices, credit card reconciliations and reimbursements
Coordinating travel and dining reservations
Superior working knowledge of Outlook and Word, including styles and redlining
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Visio, iManage and HotDocs strongly preferred
Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
This role reports directly to Allison Zacharski, Legal Coordinator Manager. In her eight years of tenure at LP, Allison has developed strong partnerships with each of the firm’s Practice Groups to provide exceptional client service and delivery.
Salary and benefits The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. LP believes this is the pay range it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be contingent on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position. LP offers generous compensation and benefits packages, including medical, dental and vision benefits, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
