At Jiffy.com, we are seeking a
Lead Product Analytics Specialist
who will be pivotal in enhancing our understanding of customer behavior and optimizing our digital product experience. If you're passionate about data and analytics, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact! Jiffy has a robust foundation in event data and analytics tools, particularly with
Mixpanel , but we recognize the need for clear ownership and standardization in our tracking system. Our current event instrumentation lacks consistency, and the transition to
Rudderstack , our customer data platform, is still underway. This means that our product and UX teams sometimes struggle to access reliable insights into conversion funnels, experimentation results, and customer journeys. As the Lead Product Analytics Specialist, you will bring order and clarity to our analytics by standardizing event tracking, creating comprehensive documentation and specifications, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure reliable data collection. You will play a crucial role in transforming Mixpanel into a self-service insights platform, diminishing the need for ad-hoc SQL requests and empowering faster, data-driven decision-making. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical expertise, strong product insight, and a hands-on approach to enhance our analytics infrastructure. This position follows a
hybrid work model , requiring you to be onsite a minimum of three (3) days per week to foster collaboration and meet business needs. Key Responsibilities
