What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare consulting or related fields
Strong understanding of self-funded health plans and healthcare cost drivers
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in client-facing deliverables
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
Demonstrated success in leading complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with RFP development and contract negotiation best practices
