Position Summary
Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, and in‑stock inventory levels. Performs budgeting and forecasting, analyzes sales trends and community needs, and oversees the implementation of company and legal policies. Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates, hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities • Ensures effective merchandise presentation and accurate pricing. • Manages inventory levels, budgeting, forecasting, and economic trend analysis. • Provides direction and guidance to Associates on customer service approaches and techniques. • Oversees community outreach programs and promotes community engagement. • Ensures compliance with company and legal policies, implements asset protection and safety controls. • Develops action plans to improve performance and executes company programs and strategic initiatives. • Supervises the provision of quality eyewear, including product selection, measurements, prescription verification, and minor frame repair. • Maintains confidentiality of member information and documentation. • Fosters a culture of belonging by promoting inclusivity, recognition, and belonging mindset. • Supports company mission, values, ethics, and integrity through action plans and open-door policies. • Continuously seeks improvement opportunities and drives adoption of new technologies and skills.

Compensation Hourly wage range:
$29.50–$39.50 per hour. Additional premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications
Completion of 2 or more years of college; or 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience; or 2 years of general experience including 1 year of optical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supervising Associates.
