Our ideal candidate is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our insurance agent in managing daily operations and enhancing productivity. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, and possess strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the insurance agent, including managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
Perform personal assistant tasks and errands as needed to support the insurance agent and office team members in daily activities.
Prepare and organize documents for client meetings, presentations, and reports.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and timely follow-up to enhance client satisfaction.
Generate comprehensive reports for the office on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track performance and client interactions.
Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; preference given to bilingual candidates.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proven customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
