is looking for a Sr. Director, Customer Revenue Growth Management to join our team.

The Sr. Director, Customer Revenue Growth Management leads revenue growth strategy for BODYARMOR‑led customers. This individual manages the retail strategy and market coherency across customers and channels that delivers profit growth for all stakeholders. This role leads a team of associates that manage BODYARMOR and Bottler investments to drive revenue and profit growth in the US (more than $1B in revenue).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for planning and management of all customer investments across the portfolio.

Lead PGM team responsible for working with customer sales teams to deliver profitable growth across all channels, customers, and packages.

Plan and manage all customer volume and financial forecasts to deliver our annual plan across all customers and channels (80% of company volume).

Negotiate customer pricing/investments that deliver profitable growth for Customers, Bottlers and BODYARMOR.

Analyze multiple dynamics unique to individual customers as well as category trends to identify key short and long‑term brand growth opportunities.

Communicate, execute, and manage company portfolio pricing strategies, both internally and externally that drive volume and profit growth for the entire BODYARMOR brand value chain.

Generate and provide content for customer facing selling material that accomplishes the company’s goals.

Evaluate current and proposed promotional and trade marketing investments and provide new strategic direction when applicable.

Regularly brief VP of PGM on brand performance causals and develop strategic adjustments to execute with customer teams that deliver annual plan goals.

Manage retail strategy investments that balance coherency across customers, packages and channels while sustainably improving company profit.

Synthesize data that optimizes company investments across all customers and channels.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.

10 years PRGM or CPG retail experience required.

3 years leadership experience required.

2 years RGM/PGM experience required.

Ability to develop and implement profit growth methods by collaborating across multiple departments and levels of the organization.

Generate and implement innovative ideas that deliver short‑ and long‑term growth through investment optimization.

Proactively seeks out opportunities and influences the overall company’s financial health.

Establishes credibility and builds solid relationships with cross‑functional department leaders.

Excellent written, verbal and time management skills.

Ability to work independently while being a team player, leading, and influencing others.

Position requires moderate travel (25‑50 %) by car and plane nationwide.

Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy Company standards per Driving Policy.

Skills:

Pay Range:

$180,000 – $203,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

30 Annual Incentive reference value is a market‑based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
