Door to Door Canvassing Supervisor
Lead and grow a field canvassing team—appointments only, no sales.
Qualifications
Proven experience in door-to-door canvassing either as a Team Leader/Van Driver, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Director or Canvassing Trainer.
Responsibilities
Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers.
Do daily mapping or plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
Conduct meetings with canvassers daily.
Take canvassers into the field on a daily basis.
Compensation
Competitive salary.
Uncapped commission.
Performance bonuses.
