Serves as lead floral designer to ensure daily workflow best meets the needs of the floral department and customers served. Performs all aspects of floral designing. Assists with a variety of functions in the retail shop such as cashiering, selling, assisting customers, light cleaning, processing plants, stock work and other duties as required. Responsibilities

Troubleshoot obstacles, provide team member training and coordinate/prioritize daily work assignments and priorities to best meet the floral department's needs. Oversees all floral deliveries in-house and external. Purchases all plants, flowers, balloons and floral supplies. Monitors the webstore and on-line orders. Keeps leadership informed on market trends including setting prices. Minimum Requirements
