Job Description
The Role
As a Director of Performance Consulting, you partner with senior leaders across complex business units to shape learning strategies that build capability and drive measurable business results. You lead strategic consulting engagements, interpret business needs, and translate them into clear and actionable learning plans. You also ensure the development and delivery of scalable, high‑quality learning solutions.
You own the annual and quarterly learning strategy cycle, using data, partner insights, and Quarterly Impact Reviews to refine and strengthen priorities. You build trusted partnerships with learning leaders and HR Business Partners through consistent engagement, evidence‑based consulting, and proactive communication. You also support organizational change efforts, lead innovation pilots, and represent the Performance Consulting function in key enterprise forums.
The Expertise and Skills You Have
Experience in performance consulting, learning and development, or human resources within a complex organization
Ability to advise senior leaders, uncover needs, challenge assumptions, and craft effective learning strategies
Knowledge of modern adult learning methods, digital learning tools, and scalable solution design
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and tailor messages to stakeholder needs
Skill in building strategic partnerships using structured engagement and stakeholder insights
Analytical strength and comfort using data to inform strategy and communicate insights
Operational discipline to plan, prioritize, and coordinate work across teams
Proven success leading strategic initiatives that deliver measurable improvements
Leadership abilities in coaching and capability building
Advanced degree in business, education, organizational development, or related field, or equivalent experience

Translate performance challenges into actionable learning plans and partner with design and delivery teams to implement them
Maintain visibility and accuracy of consulting and design work in the Work Management System
Build strong measurement practices, including evaluation plans, post‑project reporting, and Quarterly Impact Reviews
Strengthen trusted advisor relationships through regular engagement, proactive communication, and data‑driven recommendations
Pilot innovative approaches, promote enterprise tools, and scale successful solutions across business units
Deliver consistent, high‑quality work, meet commitments, support planning cycles, and contribute to enterprise initiatives
Grow team and organizational capability through coaching, upskilling forums, and effective representation in enterprise settings
