ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mark Leal - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to attain Property/Casualty and Life/Health Licenses
Interested in marketing products and services based on customer's needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Proficiency in computer functions
Self-motivated and willingness to go above and beyond to provide quality care to our customers
Billingual in Hindi or Chinese preferred
