WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal agent for this role has 2-10 years experience and is on the verge of breaking through into the next phase of their career with the right opportunity, mentorship, and support. Or you’re already there and looking for your long-term brokerage to anchor with. We’re in the relationships business, so a partnership mentality is a must. A willingness to learn and the desire to get better every day will get you far at Trinity.
This role is particularly focused on having a specialization in either STNL retail, strip/shopping centers, or industrial properties. Our ideal fit would be able to speak to the nuances of these property types and demonstrate success with these verticals in their career.
Requirements
Develop new business by building and cultivating industry relationships with real estate investors
Work with investors to understand their financial objectives for their real estate assets.
Review leases and other due diligence materials and guide clients through the sale process
Partner with the marketing team to create proposals and marketing materials
Maintain detailed records of activity and call notes in the CRM system
Collaborate with the transaction manager through the escrow process
Consistently aim to meet or exceed sales goals.
