vision. The brief is to continue to advance our model and service in the USA managing product costs that optimizes our purchasing decisions for the benefit of the group and a prices for every customer, using the Customized Pricing Model, to ensure we are competitive and remain profitable.

The primary role of the Senior Product Pricing Analyst is to achieve optimum overall acceptance and profitability of Customized Pricing, ensure the appropriate level of pricing competitiveness, and establish accurate product costs.

Support development of department processes and guidelines,

Participates, contributes, and leads department discussions and meetings, as well as inter-departmental meetings

Initiates interdepartmental interaction to improve processes and methods

Exhibits a balanced approach to solving problems and develops creative solutions to achieving objectives and overcoming issues

Effectively presents data and results to drive stakeholder and management consensus

AI-Powered Pricing Solutions

Support the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered pricing solutions.

Advance and digitize cost & pricing processes to support the Reece 2030 vision.

Experimentation and Optimization

Be an active participant within the culture of experimentation and continuous optimization in cost management & pricing.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Data, Sales, Merchandising teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Partner with the Network and its Leaders to advance Customized Pricing

Partner with the Network Leaders to so visible costs best support local strategy.

Effectively communication changes in costs & pricing, supporting the transparency & consistency pillars of the Four Pillars model

Lead digitization

Support development proposals for the digitization of costs & pricing processes and execute industry world class solutions.

Key Responsibilities (continued)

Establish pricing business strategies for optimizing gross profit in the assigned categories

Be accountable for executing the solutions and processes to manage vendor costs

Create system solutions to manage product costs that optimizes our purchasing decisions while allowing for local Freedom in a Framework

Teach branch network the benefits of Customized Pricing for every customer

Using the Customized Pricing Model, to ensure we are competitive and remain profitable across the assigned categories by determining the appropriate CMPs, Rate Card discounts and Suggested Specials.

Establish vendor relationships at both a national and local level to ensure the accuracy of product costs and quality of information flow

Provide analytical insights and advise Category Management of price, cost and purchasing opportunities to improve gross profit.

Effectively communicate strategies to branch network, merchandising & purchasing teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, or other similar degrees required

Minimum of 5 years of cost / pricing, revenue management, operations, sales, or business development experience required
