ROLE DESCRIPTION Customer Service Representative & Sales Representative for the Dale Robert State Farm Agency:
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven, organized customer service and sales representative to join our team. Our office has been in the area for over 25+ years, and we take pride in helping each of our customers with all their insurance needs. Attention to detail, multitasking and working in a team environment is essential. If you are attentive, personable, and sales-oriented, we would be excited to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Insurance Sales, Customer Service and Daily Interactions to Help Each Customer
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Assist with sales and customer service activities that help our customers.
Working in a team environment to help each other achieve our goals.
Completion of Property Casualty license required upon hiring.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask is key.
Problem solving is essential to help with the needs of each client.
Friendly, personable and an excellent communicator.
Computer and typing experience are required.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
