Description The Senior Client Solutions & Platform Analyst plays a critical role in advancing the technology behind the Real Estate Platform, serving as a strategic partner to the Director of Business Solutions. This role leads efforts to modernize and enhance platform capabilities, upgrade system architecture, and implement technology solutions that streamline workflows and improve performance. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to design and deliver scalable enhancements while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. This individual translates business needs into technical solutions, drives adoption of new tools, and continuously improves data integrity, reporting, analytics, and overall platform efficiency.

The Role

Data Strategy & Reporting Excellence

Oversee data transformation and standardization processes for onboarding and ongoing client data management

Develop and deliver standardized, automated, and ad-hoc reporting across the Real Estate Platform

Lead the design and enhancement of dashboards, data models, and reporting assets in PowerBI

Partner with business leaders to interpret insights, validate data accuracy, and drive decision-making

Leverage advanced Excel, Power Query, SQL, or scripting tools to streamline complex data workflows

Process Improvement, Automation & Governance

Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce friction points, and improve service delivery

Drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of SOPs across business functions

Utilize low-code/no-code platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.) to build automation solutions that reduce manual work

Perform advanced QA testing for new platform features, including test planning, execution, and regression validation

Oversee monthly RAFT update backup processes and related governance documentation

Training, Mentorship & Stakeholder Engagement

Develop training curricula and deliver high-quality training programs for Client Service, Broking, and GSD colleagues

Serve as a key liaison to WTW Service Centers such as NAC, Certificate Center, GSD, Finance, Risk Intelligence Central, and Analytics

Mentor junior analysts and act as a subject matter expert in Real Estate platform capabilities, data structures, and reporting tools

Facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions across servicing, broking, and operational teams

Growth & Business Development

Drive account profitability and retention through proactive renewal execution and client-specific growth strategies.

Partner with Sales and Broking to understand market dynamics, build market relationships, and develop targeted prospect strategies and pipelines.

Lead the RFP response process, including cross-LOB coordination, content ownership, and final proposal delivery.

Conduct contract reviews to ensure alignment with client obligations and risk transfer requirements.

Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving to support client expansion and solution development.

Platform, Data & Operational Excellence

Lead client onboarding, data transformation, and standardization efforts across the Real Estate Platform.

Develop and maintain standardized, automated, and ad-hoc reporting, dashboards, and data models using Power BI and related tools.

Partner with business leaders to interpret insights, validate data accuracy, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Leverage advanced tools (Excel, Power Query, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps) to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

Drive operational efficiency through SOP development, platform QA testing, governance support (including RAFT processes), and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications The Requirements

Required Qualifications

Extensive Commercial P&C insurance experience with strong Real Estate specialization

7+ years’ experience in Real Estate Client Servicing or Business Solutions roles

Proven ability to manage complex workflows, shifting priorities, and multiple concurrent initiatives

Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Technology fluency across multiple systems (Epic, RMS, FileMaker, Broking Platform, PowerBI, etc.)

Advanced Real Estate Allocation experience

High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Technical Skills

Experience with SQL, Python, VBA, or other scripting languages used for data processing or automation

FileMaker Development preferred

Power BI expertise, including DAX, advanced modeling, and complex visualizations

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar platforms for building workflow automations

Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data architecture concepts

Advanced knowledge of Excel functions, Power Query, and PivotTable modeling

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
