We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Developer
to support and enhance an enterprise ServiceNow platform within a federal environment. This role will focus heavily on
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) , driving portfolio visibility, demand intake, investment planning, and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead configuration and enhancement of
ServiceNow SPM
(Demand, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Financials)
Design and develop platform solutions including workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications
Configure portfolio governance processes such as scoring models, prioritization, approvals, and financial tracking
Build dashboards and reporting to support executive-level portfolio decision‑making
Support existing ITSM capabilities and ensure alignment with platform governance standards
Participate in Agile ceremonies, documentation, testing, and release activities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience implementing
ServiceNow SPM
in an enterprise environment
Experience configuring portfolio data models (demand, project hierarchy, cost/benefit plans, KPIs)
Experience working in a regulated federal environment
Active or eligible
Public Trust clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred
CSA, CAD, and CIS-SPM certifications
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (REST, IntegrationHub)
Strong ITSM knowledge
