Role Description This is a remote/hybrid, commission-based independent role for Licensed Illinois Real Estate Agents.

Agents may focus on residential, commercial, or investment transactions based on their strengths and business objectives, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining full regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities Include:

Generating and nurturing residential and commercial leads

Conducting property showings and listing presentations

Advising investor clients on acquisition and disposition strategies

Negotiating contracts and managing transactions through closing

Performing comparative market analyses and investment evaluations

Staying current on local market trends, zoning considerations, and regulatory updates

Building long‑term client and referral relationships

This role offers schedule flexibility and autonomy, supported by brokerage systems and leadership collaboration.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Illinois real estate laws, contracts, and transaction processes

Experience in residential, commercial, or investment‑focused real estate preferred

Strong client service and relationship-building skills

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities

Ability to operate independently within a hybrid work structure

Familiarity with the Greater Chicago Area real estate market preferred

Proficiency with CRM platforms, real estate technology tools, and market analysis systems is beneficial
