Director, Growth & Conversion Lead This role owns performance of a product line, working across sales, marketing, product, and channel teams to drive volume, conversion, and growth — similar to how a CPG brand manager runs a business line. This is not a pure sales or marketing role, but a commercial leadership role focused on delivering business results across multiple channels. The Director, Growth & Conversion Lead serves as a key driver of business growth, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, and Finance teams to identify and execute opportunities that support annual performance goals. This role partners closely with marketing and analytics teams to drive demand generation and optimize conversion performance across distribution channels. The position also works with sales and operational partners to improve execution and performance while collaborating with Finance and Pricing teams to support growth and profitability objectives.

Duties And Responsibilities

Growth Leadership: Serve as a primary driver of growth initiatives, working cross-functionally to identify and execute opportunities that support annual business goals.

Financial Goal Alignment: Partner closely with Finance to establish and track growth and revenue targets to ensure continued business performance.

Offer & Pricing Strategy: Work with Marketing and Pricing teams to develop compelling offers and promotions that drive customer acquisition while maintaining financial performance.

Performance Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing and analytics teams to drive demand generation and improve conversion performance across channels.

Conversion Optimization Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert and key decision-maker for conversion optimization strategies across multiple sales and distribution channels.

Strategic Coordination: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, and Partnership teams to align growth initiatives and distribution strategies.

Commercial Support: Provide recommendations related to pricing, packaging, advertising, and distribution strategies to support business growth objectives.

Audience & Market Insights: Collaborate with analytics teams to identify high-value customer segments and determine effective targeting strategies.

Lifecycle Growth Initiatives: Partner on strategies focused on customer upgrades, engagement, and retention to improve lifetime customer value and revenue performance.

Funnel Analytics: Conduct deep analysis of funnel performance to identify friction points and opportunities for performance improvement.

Executive Reporting: Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports that communicate performance insights and business impact.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

10+ years of experience owning or supporting a business line, product, or brand with responsibility for revenue or volume growth

Experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and channel teams to drive business performance

Demonstrated experience improving sales volume, conversion, or channel performance through strategy and execution

Experience managing or influencing P&L or commercial performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consumer, retail, subscription, or technology-enabled businesses preferred
