We are seeking a polished, professional Fine Dining Server to join our team! We are looking for someone who understands timing, presentation, teamwork, and creating a seamless fine dining experience from greeting to farewell. Execute full traditional steps of service with precision and consistency Greet guests promptly and professionally; establish rapport and set tone of experience Present menus, explain specials, and describe dishes with detailed ingredient knowledge Demonstrate strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail offerings Guide guests through menu selections, including pairings and dietary accommodations Accurately take and enter orders while maintaining coursing and timing standards Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service flow Maintain table cleanliness through attentive but unobtrusive table maintenance Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of fine dining experience Strong knowledge of formal steps of service (required) Wine, cocktail, and menu pairing knowledge preferred Exceptional guest engagement and attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Knowledgeable in food safety and alcohol service regulations
