We’re looking for a top-tier Arborist who takes pride in doing things the right way—safety, quality, and professionalism every day. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed/Certified Arborist in Greater Houston. You’ll be the expert voice of the company—inspecting trees, diagnosing issues, building treatment plans, and guiding clients to the best solution. If you’re the kind of arborist who loves tree health + client trust + closing work the right way, this is for you. What You’ll Do
Perform tree inspections and diagnose issues (pests, disease, structural defects, soil problems) Provide risk assessments and clear recommendations to clients Build estimates and help close jobs (outside sales mindset) Coordinate with crews to ensure work is completed safely and to standard Maintain professional communication with homeowners, HOAs, and property managers Follow and enforce safety protocols and industry best practices (ANSI A300, PPE) Qualifications (Must Have)
5+ years professional arboriculture experience (tree health + pruning/removal recommendations) Strong understanding of Houston tree species, pests/diseases, and treatment methods Strong communication skills—able to explain recommendations clearly and confidently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather + walking job sites
