
Pay Range: $21–$24/hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Entry-Level Accounts Payable Specialist
to join our AP team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable with data entry, enjoys working with numbers, and is interested in learning more about accounts payable and audit processes. You will provide administrative and transactional support to ensure efficient AP operations.
Key Responsibilities
Enter invoices, payments, and vendor data accurately and in a timely manner.
Support invoice processing, including matching, coding, and verification.
Assist with vendor account reconciliations and help resolve discrepancies.
Maintain organized records and documentation for audit readiness.
Support the preparation of materials for internal and external audits.
Monitor shared AP inboxes and respond to vendor inquiries as needed.
Collaborate with the AP team to improve workflows and maintain compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in Accounting or Business is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Basic understanding of accounts payable or general accounting principles preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
