We’re currently looking for a
motivated Construction Sales Representative
who’s ready to take ownership of their success and grow with us.
Earning potential: $100,000+ per year If you’re driven, organized, and great with people, this role offers unlimited opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners to understand their fencing needs and budget
Measure properties and assess project requirements
Recommend products and solutions that best fit the client
Prepare clear, accurate, and transparent proposals
Provide samples, catalogs, and product education
Maintain your schedule and respond promptly to clients
Build strong relationships with customers and team members
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Stay current on products, industry trends, and competitors
Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
RELIABLE
Punctual, professional, and personable
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Detail‑oriented with accurate measuring and estimating ability
Self‑motivated and comfortable working toward goals
Experience in
B2C sales, construction, or job costing
preferred (training available)
Organized and comfortable with Word, Excel, and email
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Spanish language skills are a plus
