About the Role

The VP Sales North America will be responsible for leading and executing the North American sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration across the USA and Canada, owning the achievement of regional sales targets, order intake and pipeline development while strengthening key customer relationships with engineers, landscape architects, contractors and partners, building and developing a high-performing sales team of around 15 people and managing the day-to-day operations of the regional office, representing the organization as its senior commercial leader in North America, ensuring CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy and strong reporting, and collaborating with international teams such as operations, marketing and technical functions to deliver outstanding customer service and align regional activity with headquarters processes and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have proven senior B2B sales leadership experience with a track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth in North America, strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities with customers and internal teams, a background in construction, infrastructure, engineering or the built environment, the ability to work effectively in an international context with cross-border reporting lines, commercial acumen, organizational skills and data literacy, and, ideally, experience operating across both the USA and Canada, scaling regional sales operations and working in technically complex or specification-led environments.
