ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member for Tom Deedler – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by getting to know their needs and offering products and services that meet them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quote and sell insurance products based on customer needs.
Foster customer relationships to build referral opportunities.
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist clients with policy applications.
Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer sales preferred.
Must be able to quickly learn new computer systems and applications.
