Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid Loan Processor role, located in Troy, MI, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Loan Processor will handle tasks such as reviewing, verifying, and preparing loan documentation for underwriting, maintaining communication with loan officers, borrowers, and third parties. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing loan files, and facilitating timely loan approvals and closings. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are integral for success in this position.
Qualifications
Proficiency in reviewing and managing Loan Documents and knowledge of Loans processes
Experience with Underwriting and assessing financial documentation
Strong Communication skills to liaise with clients, internal teams, and external parties
Competence in Loan Processing, including managing loan files and meeting deadlines
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills
Experience with relevant software/tools used in loan processing
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
