Hybrid PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay Business Analyst

Summit Human Capital is seeking highly motivated Procure-to-Pay Business Analyst to support one of our clients in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements

Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft v9.2 Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Purchasing

Experience with the system development life cycle (design, testing, implementations)

Ability to read SQL and PeopleCode and use PeopleTools for troubleshooting

Excellent communication skills for end-user support and documentation

Desired

Broader PeopleSoft experience across multiple modules

Prior public-sector or government ERP experience

Experience creating or updating job aids and training content

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 functional support for assigned PeopleSoft modules

Troubleshoot issues, manage help desk tickets, and document fixes for developers

Collaborate with Tier 3 developers to test code changes and system updates

Perform regression/system testing before migrations

Update user documentation and training materials as needed

Act as a point of contact for business end users to ensure smooth operations
