Position Overview Primary responsibilities of the

Analyst, Asset Management

will include assisting with the development and execution of portfolio projects, reporting and presentations, financial modeling, benchmark analyses, and other special projects as assigned. This person will be responsible for financial analyses of portfolio and asset-level analysis to support overall performance and value-added execution. The candidate will have the opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial team, report directly to senior management, and provide support to the Company’s portfolio of real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside Asset Management to maximize the total return for each asset through the analysis of property fundamentals and identifying opportunities for improved performance

Review and analysis of financial reports, including drilling into discretionary expenses, reviewing variance analyses, and comparing performance to underwriting

Assist Asset Management to produce monthly and quarterly reports, and investment return analyses in support of strategic recommendations

Assist with defining the Company’s investment strategies, analyzing macro and micro economic trends and real estate fundamentals to assist with developing strategic management investment plans for each portfolio asset

Develop and execute the implementation strategy of each asset’s unique business plan, reporting results to the Asset Management team

Prepare, distribute and ensure adherence to critical deadlines for portfolio financing; manage data collection across functional teams

Interact with Finance and Operations’ staff in order to obtain portfolio/asset information; prepare analyses, reports and produce strategic solutions

Perform market research, competitive analysis, industry trends and tenant‑specific research as requested

Ensure that all work product submitted to any client is timely and is of the highest quality

Education, Experience, And Skills Desired Skills and Competencies:

Candidate should be proactive and self‑motivated. Essential candidate attributes include strong work ethic, integrity and commitment to both team and individual project deadlines

Must be able to work as part of a team that includes cross‑functional teams

Must be able to communicate effectively in the organization, both verbally and in writing

Ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial self‑starter with creative problem‑solving skills capable of working across multiple projects simultaneously

High proficiency in property cash flow mechanics, investment analysis and equity/debt considerations

Strong writing and financial analysis skills; high competency in preparing and delivering analytical reports and data charts

Travel will be required

Sensitivity to confidential matters and information is required

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field of study

Experience in real estate, finance or related business position; multifamily investment experience is a plus

High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
