The Wood Companies is seeking a full-time Leasing & Lifestyle Manager to join our team at our luxury apartment communities in the Short North.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct community tours with prospective residents, showcasing model apartments and amenities Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-ins to generate property traffic Complete daily inspections of tour routes and market-ready apartments to ensure curb appeal and presentation Prepare and submit weekly/monthly marketing reports (traffic, calls, emails) Analyze market and occupancy trends; shop competitors to stay ahead of changing conditions Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the Property Manager Maintain compliance with State and Federal Fair Housing laws and regulations Benefits:
