Social Emotional Coach
We are currently seeking a dedicated CYFS Social and Emotional Coach to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assessing and understanding needs, setting goals and action plans, and providing support and encouragement to help children and youth develop crucial social and emotional skills, ultimately enhancing their overall well‑being and success in various aspects of life. 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Assess needs and set goals.
Build self‑awareness and teach coping strategies.
Enhance interpersonal skills and provide support.
Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document records.
Practice ethical conduct and self‑care.
Primarily work in an office or community‑based setting, interacting with youth, family, and coordinating care.
Provide flexibility in working hours to accommodate youth/family needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.
