
Senior Renewals Associate - Remote | Finance | Full-Time

THE ROLE This position coordinates renewals for a substantial portion of our clients who renew each month.
YOU WILL
Manage a portfolio of 50‑75 client renewals end‑to‑end each month, identifying and helping mitigate roadblocks at an early stage, ensuring successful, on‑time completion of processes and contract execution. Specific responsibilities include:
Trigger introductory e‑mails at least 60 days in advance of client renewal date
Send agreements to clients via Docusign
Ensure timely follow‑ups for all client renewals within your portfolio
Schedule and facilitate client meetings as needed
Record all client communications to Salesforce
Promptly elevate non‑responsive or disengaged clients
Populate tracking tool with all updates
THE ESSENTIALS
Highly proactive, "can‑do" attitude
Ability to provide thought leadership on assigned projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid critical thinking/problem‑solving skills – including creative solutioning for difficult clients
Intermediate Excel skills
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
4+ years of related experience

Compensation Information Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $75,000 to $80,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
