Perform high-quality automotive refinishing following OEM paint procedures and standards. Prep, prime, color match, and spray vehicles to factory-quality results. Operate and maintain paint booth and refinishing equipment. Work closely with technicians and estimators to ensure seamless repairs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. What We’re Looking For
Auto Body Painter with 1 to 3 years' experience — or motivated prepper with paint experience ready to grow. Strong understanding of OEM paint systems, color matching, and modern refinishing techniques (or willingness to learn). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. I-CAR or OEM paint certifications preferred (or willingness to achieve). Positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement. Why Join Specialized Auto Craft?
