
Condominium Processor - Remote
Appraisal Group
Under the direction of the Condo Project Review Manager, the Condo Processor is responsible for compiling the necessary condominium documentation in order to submit a file to the Condo Project Review Team for review.
Key Responsibilities including, but are not limited to, the following:
Obtain Management Company/HOA contact information from Mortgage Consultant and confirm the project review type.
Maintain condo documentation and requirements as dictated by the agencies and investors.
Retain and manage project files in SharePoint
Determine level of condominium review needed based on loan information.
Check Agency websites for existing project approval.
Order and obtain condominium questionnaire, master homeowner’s insurance policy and condominium documentation required.
Notify Loan Officer of any fees required by the Management Company/HOA in order to obtain condominium documents and include Mortgage Consultant on any communication.
Receive and review documentation for completion and acceptability and communicate with HOA or Management Company to clarify any required items.
Submit complete condominium documentation to Condo Project Review Team for a decision.
Additional duties as required
Requirements:
3-5 years of mortgage processing experience
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of condominiums a plus
