We are looking for a high-energy Tele caller & Digital Associate to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers, responsible for turning cold and warm leads into scheduled site visits. Unlike traditional calling roles, you will also play a key part in managing our digital presence and ensuring our CRM is the "single source of truth" for all sales data.
Lead Generation & Tele-Sales
Outbound Outreach: Initiate calls to potential leads generated through social media, property portals, and cold databases.
Lead Qualification: Screen prospects to understand their budget, location preference, and "readiness to buy" before passing them to the sales team.
Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule site visits for Sales Managers, ensuring a high "show-up" rate through timely reminders.
Follow-ups: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule for "hot" and "warm" leads who haven't yet committed to a visit.
CRM Management
Data Integrity: Log every call, message, and email interaction into the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or TeleCRM) in real-time.
Pipeline Tracking: Move leads through various stages (New → Contacted → Site Visit Scheduled → Closed) to provide accurate sales forecasts.
Automated Workflows: Set up and manage automated SMS/WhatsApp drip campaigns via the CRM to keep prospects engaged.
Social Media & Marketing Support
Lead Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs on Facebook and Instagram to convert social engagement into phone inquiries.
Content Management: Assist in posting property updates, "Walkthrough" reels, and client testimonials across social platforms.
Ad Monitoring: Keep an eye on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad performance and report on lead quality to the marketing team.
